Alternatively, if you have been set up for digital communications via Amstar Connect directly or through your travel advisor, you'll receive an email from booking@info.amstardmc.com to allow you to check in for your transportation and provides you the location and ID of your transfer vehicle and driver, so can head straight to your ride.
When it's time to head home, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you back to the airport.

Redemption Information:
At the time of purchase, reservations are confirmed electronically with Amstar. While you will not receive a voucher for this purchase, your confirmation will appear on your official trip itinerary. It is important that you carefully review your travel documents for instructions on how to reach your Amstar Representative.

After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, follow the signs to exit the terminal. Do not engage with airport greeters inside the terminal, even if they claim to be with Amstar®.
You will find Amstar Representatives in bright blue shirts with the Amstar logo outside the terminal holding signs. They will check you in and guide you to your transfer vehicle. If you cannot locate an Amstar representative call the Amstar office immediately.

If your luggage is delayed, have one person from your group notify your representative or driver.
Departure Instructions:
If you have NOT been set up for digital communications
directly or through your travel advisor, you must visit the Amstar representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm your return transfer and get your pick-up time and location. If you are unable to locate the representative, please call the Amstar office to receive assistance related to your services.
If you have been set up for digital communications via Amstar Connect,
you'll receive an email from Amstar 72 hours prior to departure confirming your flight and providing your return transfer information. You'll also receive a reminder email the evening before or within 3 hours prior to scheduled departure, followed by a real-time email when your ride arrives including vehicle and driver information.
Please be checked out and at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Important Note: Arrival and Departure Changes
In the unlikely event of a deviation to your original arrival or departure flight, please call the Amstar office immediately. Changes generally are not allowed within 2-5 hours of your scheduled pick-up time (varies by hotel location) unless your flight is canceled.

If you have purchased airline tickets as part of your vacation package with us, your flight information will be sent automatically to the transfer company. If you have not purchased airline tickets as part of your package with us, it is important for you to contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your flight details Please note; you will be requested to meet with an Amstar representative at your hotel to schedule your return transfer back to the airport.

If travelling with a wheelchair/scooter we strongly recommend booking the Private Wheelchair Accessible Van for a comfortable and seamless transfer experience. This transfer vehicle will not meet your accessibility requirement.
Cancel Policy:
Cancels within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100 percent penalty.
