- The My Universal Photos 5-Day Photo Package includes: five (5) consecutive days of unlimited digital downloads* of your theme park photos from participating locations within Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay and Universal Epic Universe commencing upon first activation or first day of use; My Universal Photos themed lanyard and card; exclusive pricing on theme park photo prints at participating in-park My Universal Photos location. Subject to availability and package elements are subject to change without notice. Separate theme park admission is required. *My Universal Photos account is required to access digital downloads. Access to digital viewing is provided by Colorvision International Inc. and is subject to additional terms and conditions. The above product is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal'). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. - Redemption Information: We've made it easy to pick up your theme park tickets at our Universal Vacation Planning Center located in the lobby of any Universal Orlando Resort hotel and select Universal Partner hotels. A team member will assist you in printing tickets and answering any questions. Please have your reservation and Feature Confirmation number(s) ready, which can be found on your E-Travel Document.
  
  You can also pick up your park ticket(s) at any front gate ticket window (located at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal Epic Universe during regular theme park operating hours. To receive your ticket(s), you will need to present your Feature Confirmation number(s) and valid photo ID (a valid Florida photo ID for any Florida Resident products and Military ID for any Military Promotional products purchased).
