Reservation for Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience: Experiment Ticket, Orlando

At Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience, artists use their talents to bring customers aged 5+ into the experiment, by transforming them into werewolves, vampires and more.

Location: Universal Epic Universe

- The Experiment ticket entitles one (1) guest to a face makeup experience only at Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience located inside Pretorius' Scientific Oddities. Guest will select from a variety of makeup looks; experience will take approximately 20 minutes. Guest must arrive to the venue on the scheduled date and time listed on the ticket. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture; rebooking will be at the discretion of Universal Orlando. Guest must be 5 or older to participate. Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest 18 or older who may be asked to assist with minor children.

- Redemption Information: To pick up your theme park tickets, visit the Universal Vacation Planning Center, located in the lobby of any Universal Orlando Resort hotel and select Universal Partner hotels OR at our Will Call Kiosks located at select Universal Orlando Resort hotels OR at the front of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Note: Will Call Kiosks are not available at Universal Volcano Bay and Universal Epic Universe. To collect your tickets at a Will Call Kiosk, swipe a credit card that matches the lead guest's name listed on the reservation for identity verification only. Then, enter your feature confirmation number that will be provided on your E-Travel Document, and your tickets will print automatically. Note: Your reservation number contains only the number 0 (zero) and never the letter O when entering it at the kiosk.
  
  Please note: If you are unable to pick up tickets at the Universal Vacation Planning Center or at a Will Call Kiosk, please visit a Front Gate Ticket Window for assistance located at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal Epic Universe [Opening May 22, 2025] during regular theme park operating hours.

  •After your experience, you may need to re-validate your photo in the Universal Orlando photo validation system. The Team Members at the venue will provide you with in formation on the easiest way to do this based on what you want to do next in the park.
  
  •Guests will not be able to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at any of the Universal theme parks or Universal CityWalk while in the makeup.
- Restriction Special Notes: The above product is non-refundable, non-transferable. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal'). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise.   • NOTE: Please let the makeup artist know if you have sensory conditions or allergies to latex, alcohol, talc, or cotton. The Artist will be working in very close proximity to the Guests face; and they will be under bright makeup lighting.
