  Universal Vacation Planning Center: Located in the lobby of any Universal Orlando Resort hotel and select Universal Partner hotels, this area has Team Members to assist you in printing tickets and answering any questions. Please have your reservation and Feature Confirmation number(s), which can be found on your E-Travel Document.
  
  Digital Fulfillment: You can visit universalorlando.com/get-tickets up to three (3) days before your visit (the first day your tickets are valid) to obtain your tickets digitally. You'll need your Feature Confirmation number and the last name on your reservation. You can then link your tickets to your Universal Account or have them sent to the email address of your choice. Once tickets are accessed through Digital Fulfillment, the order is issued and cannot be changed.
  
  Packages that include Annual Passes, Military Freedom Passes, Meal Vouchers (including Leaky Cauldron Breakfast, Three Broomsticks Breakfast and Marvel Character Dining Experience) or My Universal Photos will need to be picked up at the Universal Vacation Planning Center or a front gate ticket window, as they will not be available through digital fulfillment.

  Front Gate Ticket Window: Pick up your park ticket(s), Florida Resident ticket(s), Military Promotional ticket(s) and Annual Pass(es) at any front gate ticket window (located at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe and Universal Volcano Bay during regular theme park operating hours. To receive your ticket(s), you will need to present your Feature Confirmation number(s) and valid photo ID (a valid Florida photo ID for any Florida Resident products and Military ID for any Military Promotional products purchased)

- Dress Code: All tours are guided walking tours and guests should be prepared for a large amount of walking/standing and are urged to wear comfortable shoes.

  · Ticket is date and time specific; forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
  
  · Halloween Horror Nights Event admission ticket is required AND must be valid for the same calendar day as the Private R.I.P Tour ticket.
  
  · Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a guest 18 or older while taking part in any R.I.P. Tour.
  
  · Tickets are not exchangeable. Pricing, dates, times, benefits and inclusions are subject to availability, changes and/or cancellation without notice.
- Restriction Special Notes: The above product is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal'). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. - Cancel Policy: Cancels within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100 percent penalty. Any changes to or cancellation of the R.I.P. Tour must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date otherwise 100% of payment will be forfeited.
- Child Policy: Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a guest 18 or older while taking part in any R.I.P. Tour.
