- Redemption Information: We've made it easy to pick up your theme park tickets at our Universal Vacation Planning Center located in the lobby of any Universal Orlando Resort hotel and select Universal Partner hotels. A team member will assist you in printing tickets and answering any questions. Please have your reservation and Feature Confirmation number(s) ready, which can be found on your E-Travel Document.
  
  You can also pick up your park ticket(s) at any front gate ticket window (located at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal Epic Universe during regular theme park operating hours. To receive your ticket(s), you will need to present your Feature Confirmation number(s) and valid photo ID (a valid Florida photo ID for any Florida Resident products and Military ID for any Military Promotional products purchased).
- Restriction Special Notes: The RTU Rock Your Weekend Park-to-Park Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to: BOTH Rock the Universe events after 4:00pm on Friday, January 23 , 2026 AND Saturday, January 24, 2026, plus three (3) days of admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida AND Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks on January 23, 24, and 25, 2026 during normal operating hours. At Universal Studios Florida closing time on RTU event nights, holders of RTU event tickets (including this RTU Rock Your Weekend Park- to-Park Ticket) will be directed to a designated area within the theme park until Universal Studios Florida is cleared of day guests. Select rides and attractions will remain open at the sole discretion of Universal Studios Florida management. Ticket expires in full on January 25, 2026. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal'). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
