A newly built five-star resort with modern architecture and 599 ocean-inspired designed rooms. Located at the beachfront of Costa Mujeres, it offers access to a white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. The resort features large pools, including a wave pool and lazy river, as well as a romantic area with Balinese beds and hammocks. Additionally, it offers a great variety of gastronomic options. It also features the Despacio Spa Centre, Privilege, exclusive Rooms and Services, and a comprehensive entertainment program for adults.

The hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type and the Wholesaler hereby acknowledges this policy.
The Municipal Government will be charging all guests an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum 36 Mexican Pesos per person per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.
