A Governmental mandatory room rate levy of BDS$19.25 per bedroom per night (BDS$38.50 per night per Two Bedroom Suite) must be settled by the guest upon checkout from hotel. This levy is subject to change.
There is a mandatory incidental & security deposit of US$ 250 taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. All unused amounts will be refunded to the card and may take up to 14 days to be released; if deposited in cash this will be refunded on departure in BDS dollars.
