  • Starting in mid-February 2025, the hotel will undergo a multi-phase renovation, maintaining its luxury experience while introducing modern upgrades. The project will last until June 2026, with improvements including private pools in select overwater villas, beach enhancements, and villa refurbishments. The Banyan Restaurant will close temporarily (Feb 9–Apr 5, 2025), and Hina Spa will relocate from (Jan 6–Mar 6, 2025). Key resort facilities will remain open, and disruptions will be minimal.
