Local Shopping center that produces Kauai made products and other necessary commodities.
Wailua Falls: 6 miles Northwest

Natural 80-foot waterfall. You can hike to the base of the spectacular waterfall via a steep slippery trail that crosses the river to the pool.
Nukolii Beach: North

Nukolii Beach Park with its 2 miles 3.2 km of white-sand shoreline is the longest beach on Kauais east shore. Not good for swimming due to shallow rocky bottom but good for snorkeling scuba diving fishing. Never gets crowded great for picnic.
Kalapaki Beach: 6 miles South

Sandy and beautiful beach. Rental facilities for surfboards etc. within 100 yards of each other. Plenty of shops and small restaurants in the area.
