Each two and three bedroom suite offers spacious floor plans with gourmet kitchens; a stylish great room; master bedroom suites; lavish baths and a private lanai with Viking barbecue grill. Ranging from 1900 to 3100 square feet and accessed via private keyed elevators; pampered guests will enjoy a vacation of peace and privacy without crowds or cares. Amenities include- An adult only oceanfront infinity pool Family pool State-of-the-art fitness center Billiards room Business center Complimentary cabanas for two; and pool attendants that will arrange chaise lounges and umbrellas on Wailea Beach. Guests due to arrive at the hotel after 8pm need to need to check in at the security gate.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $149 plus taxes will be applied to each reservation. The fee and taxes are pushed through the Hyatt connection. The fee will cover the costs of any accidental damage to the residence or its contents up to $3000.
