A diverse selection of Japanese cuisine, featuring a ramen bar, sushi counter, yakitori grill, and cocktail bar inspired by an extensive selection of sake. KOBO also offers an à la carte menu featuring dishes designed for sharing—shabu shabu, sukiyaki,
and barbecue grilled over hot stone, which guests are invited to prepare at their tables. KOBO’s bar menu is centered around hot and cold sake and soju, a curated selection of Japanese whiskies, and additional craft cocktails.
