New Luxury Seaside Accommodations On St. Pete Beach, Florida: It is “The Don” of a new era as the revival of Florida’s iconic Pink Palace® advances into its 93rd year as a living legend.  The grand public spaces are complemented by upgrades to the 277 chic and airy Floridian hotel rooms and suites.  The Don CeSar guestrooms feature beach-inspired textures and designer fabrics paying homage to the seaside Art Deco era. Custom millwork and a whimsical motif of coastal birds from the tropics drift overhead the whitewashed headboards as soft blush tones elevate the room similar to the hotel facade’s signature pink. In addition to a complete design transformation, some double guest rooms now feature upgraded layouts to allow for two queen beds, while bathroom space in many of the rooms is maximized by transitioning tubs to beautifully designed tile showers. From premium Wi-Fi to sumptuous cotton sheets and luxe bath amenities, guests are treated to a full range of modern amenities and personalized service.

When you see The Beacon Pool Bar & Lookout from a distance, you know you’ve arrived somewhere legendary. 


Maritana

The Maritana Restaurant at the Don CeSar remains one of the greater St Pete area’s best AAA 4 Diamond Dining experiences.  Similar to the Don Lobby Bar, the completely renovated dining room transports you to a glamorous and timeless era of elegance and shimmer.  Maritana, the Spanish gypsy from the opera Don CeSar de Bazan and later revamped as Maritana by William Wallace, is the foundation for our coastal and seductive dining experience located in the heart of the luxurious hotel.  Each dish is hand-crafted and features food sustainably sourced from regional farms and fishermen and includes coastal inspired cuisine prepared by Chef de Cuisine Emily Ferrari. Rowe Bar

Elevate your beach bar game with some time at The Don's gulf front bar. Grab a hand-crafted cocktail or craft beer and kick back on the expansive deck stretching out over the sand dunes. Grab a seat near a modern fire pit on the pavilion and order up some delicious bites, perfect for sharing. Take your pick from the tuna tacos, goat cheese fritters and porch burger. Named after Thomas Rowe, the legendary founder of the Pink Palace, Rowe Bar is redefining the next generation of St. Pete Beach bars with cool libations, vibrant coastal cuisine and an elevated sunset experience.


Society Table

Since 1928, family and friends have come together for laughs and memories around our table at the Don CeSar.  93 years later, and after a complete 2021 revitalization, the all-new Society Table pays homage to hanging up your hat from the daily grind and enjoying life! Dive into all-day Florida Gulf fare in a seaside setting, offering delectable savory handhelds, fresh coastal filets, and inland ranch chops. With indoor and outdoor seating, Society Table is the perfect place to gather for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner. Host a private event at Gatsby, our exclusive upstairs dining space for up to 30 guests. Experience the Society Table demonstration room, where chef-led activations and tastings show guests “The perfect pairing of cheese and charcuterie”, “How to make your own at home truffles”, or “The secret to making the perfect frosting”.


The Lobby Bar

A complete transformation in 2020 have elevated this gathering space and celebration room to a true tropical oasis that transports you back to the tropics of the 1920’s.  A grand entry into the space is accented with the brass and emerald shimmer of the Roaring Twenties, combined with modern twists and elevated service.  This makes the Lobby Bar the epicenter of life at the Don as well as St Pete Beach’s sophisticated gathering spot.  The Don CeSar’s Lobby Bar is energetic and vibrant, with playful touches such as a palm leaf print wallcovering and a quintessential, custom-designed glass bar cart that serves period-inspired drinks. In 2020 the bar was repositioned to the back of the lobby in order to open the space, and features mesmerizing wood-like tiles that draw visitors in. Guests can enjoy gourmet small plates, specialty cocktails hand-crafted by our expert mixologist, and live jazz and lounge music, as well as some good old-fashioned camaraderie with friends both old and new!


Uncle Andy’s Market

For over 40 years guests and local families have been enjoying the 1950’s style Uncle Andy’s Ice Cream Parlor at the Don CeSar.  In 2020 the property repositioned Uncle Andy’s to a fresh new location in the Don Boutiques, and enhanced the experience into a full market experience offering Lickity Split Ice Creams, Shakes, Pastries, and illy Gourmet Coffee, as well as grab and go food and beverage items including beer, wine and spirits, a fun candy wall for kids of all ages, and convenient sundries.  The all-new Uncle Andy’s still has a wonderful feel of 1950’s ice cream shop, with a fresh new level of product and service. The perfect stop for morning quick start, gourmet grab, or an evening nightcap to take back to your room.
