Resort Fees - Hotel Mandatory hotel imposed resort fee inclusions:

• Access to lobby computers and Notary services

• Included access to resort and private club facilities including fitness center, tennis courts, golf driving range, beach, poolside lockers, changing rooms and showers
• Access to bicycles, tennis and pickleball instruction, pickleball reservations for hotel guests, golf instruction, golf courses, fitness classes and spa (based on availability, charges apply)
Daily resort fee $40 ($50 two-bedroom suite) plus 13% tax. Subject to change without notice. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity, and no portion goes to any resort associate.
