Executive Lounge

Our Executive Lounge is open daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am Monday through Friday and from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturdays & Sundays. There is an evening reception from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily.

Redtrees Restaurant and Bar

The Redtrees Restaurant and Bar boasts a contemporary re-design of the downtown landmark Hilton Seattle. It's a comfortable, casual space enhanced by modern furnishings and refined finishes. With the use of crisp patterns, bold accents, and unexpected architectural elements, this prime space has been transformed into a place of timeless, urban sophistication. American cuisine with a Pacific Northwest flair is the star of this feature presentation. The Redtrees Restaurant and Bar is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To-go menus are available.

Ivar’s Acres of Clams

Seattle's most historic full service seafood restaurant is poised on the romantic colorful waterfront at Pier 54. This attractive yet informal restaurant has a wharf-like feel which showcases stellar waterfront views of Washington State ferries, Fire Station #3's waterside operations, and Puget Sound. Ivar's Acres of Clams showcases Ivar Haglund's world famous original recipes. You will dine on wild Alaskan salmon, deep-water halibut, Alaskan King crab, dungeness crab, jumbo prawns, manila clams, and weather vane scallops just to name a few.

Metropolitan Grill

Guests pass under the Met's signature green awning and enter thru the tall mahogany doors to be greeted by a tuxedo-clad Maitre D'. In the front entry, a glass display showcases the Met's cuts of beef. Twenty-foot columns reach to the ceiling, trimmed with the original crown moldings. Tables and railings are adorned with mahogany and brass, and the plush booths are oversized. In addition to the best steak in town, The Met serves lamb, chicken, and the freshest Pacific Northwest seafood available. For lunch, choose from a variety of steak and seafood options, in addition to classic sandwiches, pasta, and salads.

Purple Wine Bar and Cafe

Purple creates a contemporary, eccentric, trendy ambiance that is enhanced by candle light after dark. It features a spiraling staircase that is crafted to hold various bottles of wine. Seattle Met Magazine has quoted it as "The People's Wine Bar". Purple's Kitchen and Wine teams develop innovative dishes and drink pairings. Main entrees mainly consist of contemporary, eclectic dishes such as Maine Lobster baked Mac & Cheese, Pan Roasted Alaskan Halibut, and Gorgonzola Fig Pizza.
