- Hours of Operation: Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counters are open daily from 08:00 AM to Midnight. If you arrive after midnight, simply proceed to the Mears Motor Shuttle Service Desks located on ground level (not baggage claim level – but one level below). The Mears counters are located inside the terminal towards the back walls, at either end of the counter. There will be a sign posted at the counter indicating to call the Mears phone number (the call will be forwarded to the Mears call center), and instructed to go outside to the curb and wait for a vehicle to pick them up. Guests do not wait inside the terminal, as the Mears driver is unable to leave the vehicle.
- Duration: Length of Transfer varies by hotel; approximately 30 minutes each way.
- Redemption Information: You will not receive coupons/vouchers with this purchase. To redeem your transfer, after you claim your luggage, proceed to LEVEL 1 (the Mears Motor Shuttle service counters are located inside the building behind the bottom of the escalator or directly across from the level one elevators), and simply present your valid photo ID. To redeem your transfer from your Orlando Area Hotel, please call 407-423-5566 24-hours prior to your flight time to arrange pick-up from your hotel.
