Early Park Admission Legal: *Early Park Admission begins one (1) hour prior to regularly scheduled park opening to either Universal Studios Florida™ or Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ as determined by Universal Orlando and Universal’s Volcano Bay™. Valid at select attractions at each park. Additional restrictions may apply.
Universal CityWalk™ Complimentary Access Legal: ˆValid for registered on-site hotel guests for the length of stay. Not valid for separately ticketed concerts and special events. Some venues require ages 21 or older and a cover charge for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Convention Policy: Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Parking Fee: A minimum self-parking fee of $20 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out. A valet parking fee of $27 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out should a guest choose to valet. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Pet Stay Policy: Up to 2 pets per room are allowed. Pets are only allowed in pet friendly room categories (upon arrival if guest is reserved in a non-pet room they will be re-assigned to one). Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning. Pets may be walked in designated areas only. Pets are not allowed in the pool/lounge or restaurant areas. Guest must present documentation for current vaccinations. A fee of $50.00 + tax (per pet, per night) will be charged and collect by the hotel at check-in. A maximum of $150 will be charged for stays of three nights or more. (Policies, benefits and pricing are subject to change) *Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the Preferred Desk.
