  • Please be advised there will be a minimal of $350 USD pre-authorization charged to your credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals and/or purchases.
  • The standard cancellation policy applies to all room categories unless booking a non-refundable room category. Non-refundable room categories will be 100% fully non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • All Elite Island Resorts properties will be charging a Resort Fee of US $24.00 per room, per night, payable locally at the resort at check-in. The resort fee includes wi-fi service, and is inclusive of any taxes. This Resort Fee applies to all incoming guests, regardless of when the booking was made.
  • A minimum Tourism Levy fee of $5 USD plus tax per room, per night will be charged by Antigua Government and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to give the client an estimate of additional fees they may be responsible for but not a guarantee of the final amount due.
