Families can relax knowing that their little ones are in good hands with our certified team of professionals at our Eko Kids Club. The Hotel is located just steps away from El Dorado Casitas Royale, in the heart of the Riviera Maya, facing the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, just 10 minutes away from Mayakoba championship golf course, 25 minutes away from the Playacar Golf Club, 5 minutes south from Puerto Morelos and 35 minutes south of downtown Cancun. All guests (18 years and over) are welcome to use the facilities at the Adults Only El Dorado Casitas Royale and El Dorado Royale, by Karisma.

Whether you celebrate a yearly family reunion, wedding or friend’s getaway, we adept accommodating groups for any occasion working to uphold our culinary mastery and personalized service. There is wide area at the Ballroom at Generations Rivera Maya for 160 people as classroom set up or 200 people for a gala dinner transforming a group gathering in to unforgettable memories.

  • Important Note: Although the hotel offers over a mile of sandy white beach, some of the area is not swimmable due to protected coral. There is a swimmable area and also a unique natural saltwater pool on property.

Additional Amenities: These are spacious 586 sqft suites.

Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite

Bedding: 1 king or two double beds and a double and single sofa bed for children.

Occupancy limit: 2 adults + 2 children or 2 adults + 1 child + 1 teen.

Additional Amenities: These elegant, spacious suites, feature a luxurious king or two double beds and a double and single sofa bed for children to sleep on, divided by a modern sliding door for privacy. Size: 722 sq.ft. (67 m2)

Oceanfront One Bedroom Swim Up Suite

Bedding: 1 king bed or two double beds and a double and single sofa bed for children.

Occupancy limit: 2 adults + 2 children or 2 adults + 1 child + 1 teen

Additional Amenities: These are spacious 722 sqft suites and each room is divided by a modern sliding door for more privacy. Features direct access to an infinity pool suite from balcony or a direct access to the pool from your suite's private balcony which connects to our swim up bar.

Oceanfront Two Bedroom Suite

Bedding: The connecting room has a king bed and two double beds with a single sofa bed for children to sleep on.

Occupancy limits:  Maximum 4 adults, 4 children, 8 total combined

Additional Amenities: The spacious Ocean Front Two Bedroom  Suite is 1308 sqft, it is a combination of  the Ocean Front One BedroomSuite and Luxury Suite.

Occupancy limits:  Maximum 4 adults, 4 children, 8 total combined.

Additional Amenities: This category, 2031sqft, includes all of the amenities described in the Ocean Front Three Bedroom Suite as well your own infinity balcony pool.

Ocean Front Royal Suite

Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds. Bedding requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Occupancy limits: 2 adults, 1 child, 2 total.

These elegant, spacious suites, feature a luxurious king or two double beds and a double sofa bed for children to sleep on divided by a modern sliding door for more privacy. The suites are equipped with high tech smart TV’s and a premium minibar, indoor luxury relaxing hot tub for two and a contemporary bathroom. Featuring additional amenities such as: cabinet with Premium liquor and wine selection.
