Occidental Cozumel is a unique destination that is inspired by a Mexican estate and gives guests the chance to enjoy the treasures found in the Palancar Reef off the island of Cozumel.

STUDENT GROUP POLICY • 100 DOUBLE rooms IN HOUSE maximum for student groups at any given time • 25 years old and under are considered “students” for any given time • Minimum age required for check-in is 18. • A refundable deposit of $200/per person (cash or credit card) is required. Group Student bookings • Must be requested through our groups department,these groups will require a chaperon as well as the refundable deposit and all above requirements.
The Municipal Government will be charging all guests in the area of Cozumel an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $30.00 Mexican Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.
