  • Occupancy Policy: 1 Member of each party for each room must be 21 yrs or older and assume full responsibility for the actions of all occupants. Reservations must be reported at time of sale as well as a 90 day forecast of allotment rooms used
  • Wyndham Reef Resort Grand Cayman will be closed for annual maintenance from September 12 to 18, 2026. This applies to all room types. Kindly plan accordingly and avoid booking during these dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • We are a non smoking resort and the penalty for smoking in the rooms (including balcony/patio) is now $500 – please update. As per Cayman Islands law, it is illegal to smoke within 10 feet of a dwelling or business

Villas also feature fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender and coffee maker, as well as basic kitchen and houseware (tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses). Approximately 1,300 sf.
