Classic Italian cuisine meets casual Caribbean ambiance at Andiamo. Our al fresco Italian kitchen celebrates homemade favorites - fresh-made pasta, pizza and delicately grilled entrées - on a breezy terrace overlooking the resort's winding waterways. Homemade gelato, served from our whimsical cart, delights as families enjoy an afternoon at the Harbour Club Pool and Starfish Cay waterpark. Relax in the evenings with movies under the stars shown nightly at our adjacent theater.
Named for the silvery reef fish so plentiful offshore, Bar Jack is Grand Cayman's best sunset vantage point, poised right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. During the day and into the evening, enjoy Caribbean favorites from the chef’s grill and watch the sunset with a well-deserved cocktail in hand.
Around the world, Eric Ripert is synonymous with culinary excellence, lending his expertise to the signature restaurant at this Grand Cayman resort. The Caribbean’s only AAA Five Diamond Restaurant specializes in tasting menus that highlight local seafood and offers an impressive wine list with more than 700 fine wines from around the world. The restaurant also has two private dining rooms to host up to 40 guests.

Taikun fuses the finest grade of sushi with authentic ingredients, sophisticated presentation and legendary Ritz-Carlton service. From the freshest Sashimi to savory Signature Rolls, Taikun delivers an experience worthy of its name, an ancient Japanese term of respect from which the English “tycoon” was derived. One of the hallmarks of the Taikun experience is real wasabi grated tableside. The Taikun staff grates the rhizome against sharkskin in the traditional Asian way, ensuring the delicate wasabi root touches only organic materials.

Above, a bright bucket is filled with water before soaking children with a refreshing waterfall. Families are entertained for hours at Starfish Cay, where poolside amenities and activities are offered throughout the day.
