Sunshine Suites Grand Cayman Resort offers the best in affordable boutique lodging. We’re a short walk from the sparkling ocean waters and white sand of Grand Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy the convenience of our prime location near the water, down the road from the 18-hole North Sound Golf Course and near dozens of shops and restaurants. As part of our daily resort charge, our amenities include wireless internet plus our guests enjoy a host of wonderful amenities at our neighboring sister property on Seven Mile Beach.
Our Grand Cayman Resort includes 131 beautifully appointed and well furnished suites. The Studio, Deluxe or One Bedroom suites offer the amenities you would expect in the best Grand Cayman resorts, including a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and utensils.

  • Sunshine Suites Resort offers non smoking rooms only. Hotel permits smoking only in outdoor public spaces.
  • Renovations: One building has been closed for revamping this year. Despite this, the resort remains fully operational with minimal disruption to guests. The work is primarily conducted inside guestrooms, with no heavy equipment affecting guests. Given the distance between the two buildings, noise issues are not anticipated. Upgrades to the second building is scheduled to begin next spring/summer.
  • The hotel has a $35 resort fee per room, per night, that will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. This fee is subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to give the client an estimate of additional fees that they may be responsible for but is not a guarantee of the final amount due. Bedding- 1 King bed.  Roll away beds are not available in this room type.

Occupancy limits- 2 adults, 1 child, 2 total.

A maximum of 1 child through age 17 stay free in existing beds with at least 1 adult.

Additional Amenities:262 sq. ft. suite features fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, 2-burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and utensils and dining area.


Deluxe Suite

Bedding- 2 Queen beds  Roll away beds are not available in this room type.

Occupancy limits- 4 adults, 3 children, 4 total

A maximum of 3 children through age 17 stay free in existing beds with at least 1 adult.

Additional Amenities:344 sq. ft. suite features fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, 2-burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and utensils and dining area.


1 Bedroom Suite

Bedding– 1 King Bed & sleeper sofa.  Roll away beds are available on request for an additional $20 per night

Occupancy limits- 3 adults, 2 children, 3 total combined.

Maximum 2 children through age 17 stay free in existing beds with at least 1 adult.

Additional Amenities: 394 sq. ft. suite features fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, 2-burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and utensils and dining area.

Sunshine Bar and Grill - Casual, indoor and outdoor dining. Features burgers, tacos, fresh fish, and other local favorites.
