Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms at New York New York. Smoking in the room will incur a cleaning fee of $300.00 payable directly to the hotel. Smoking is allowed in the casino area. Please note that the amount of the cleaning fee is subject to change at the hotel's discretion.
Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.
The spa at New York-New York will be permanently closed. Both the salon and fitness center will remain open. Guests staying at New York-New York can visit the Grand Spa at MGM Grand or The Spa at Park MGM if they are interested in a spa treatment or massage during their stay.
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. Resort fee: $45.00 (Plus TAX) per room, per night Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change, this is an estimate of what you will be charged. The hotel can provide current fees and inclusions when you check-in.
Valet Parking Fees: Monday – Thursday $40.00 per day, Friday - Sunday $40.00 per day. The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability) Cash or credit card payment. Parking may be charged to a guest’s room bill.
Self-Parking Fees: Hours Over 0-24 Hours Charges Monday - Sunday $20.00. The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability). Nevada residents receive up to three hours complimentary parking with valid Nevada driver’s license at exit gate, except during special events.
Effective from today the incidental deposit amount is $75.00 per day, per reservation are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$50.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$100.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
