Guests due to arrive at the hotel after 8pm need to need to check in at the security gate.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $149 plus taxes will be applied to each reservation. The fee and taxes are pushed through the Hyatt connection. The fee will cover the costs of any accidental damage to the residence or its contents up to $3000.
