Sugar Beach Resort Maui has announced that the pool will be temporarily closed for routine maintenance every year from the 2nd Monday in September for 1-2 weeks. Please note pool closure dates are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
"CHECK-IN PROCEDURES If your arrival is on a major holiday, please call us in advance at 888-315-6453 or 808-874-5151 to get the correct check-in procedure for that particular holiday. Front Desk hours are 8am – 5pm, and closed for lunch from 12pm – 1pm daily. When you arrive during normal business hours, go directly to the Front Desk at Sugar Beach to register and receive your parking pass.
"CHECK-IN PROCEDURES Property runs on an electronic lock system or a lock box system (with a room key located in the lock box) for all check-ins. All check-ins before 5:00 PM Monday – Friday and before 4:00 PM on Saturday – Sunday: the office will be open and you are to call our guest service center at 808-874-5151 to receive the code to your accommodations.
