Tucked into a cliff high above Playa Hermosa, Villas Sol Hotel & Beach Resort is unlike any other hotel in Costa Rica, with magnificent ocean and forest views that stir the soul and inspire the senses. This is a place to reconnect with old friends, rekindle with someone special or be reminded of how special spending time with the family can be.
  • *Important Information for Our Guest* As of April 2012, the destination of Costa Rica has gone non-smoking in all public buildings and areas. All hotel rooms are also non-smoking.
  • *Important Note* Costa Rica will impose some restrictions for Holy Week. Alcohol is not permitted to be sold or consumed. This ban on alcohol starts the Thursday prior to Easter and runs through Easter Sunday. A few hotels purchase special permits to serve alcohol, but generally it is not available. In addition, most restaurants, shops, and bars will be closed for the same time period. Restaurants in the hotels will be operating. The City Tour will not be operating.

Deluxe Oceanview

Bedding - 1 king or 2 double beds

Occupancy Limits - 3 adults, 2 children, 4 total combined

Maximum of 2 children through the age of 4 stay free in existing beds with at least 2 adults. Children 5-11 are surcharged.

1 Bedroom Villa

Bedding - 1 bedroom unit includes bedroom with 1 double bed; bath with bathtub and shower. Living area includes 1 sleeper sofa, private balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

Occupancy Limits - 3 adults, 2 children, 3 total combined

2 Bedroom Villa

Bedding - 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, one bath with bathtub and shower.  Living area includes 1 sleeper sofa, private balcony and fully equipped kitchen.  

Occupancy Limits - 4 adults, 2 children, 4 total combined

3 Bedroom Villa

Bedding - 3 bedrooms, main bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, third bedroom has 2 double beds.  (Third bedroom is lock-off unit in two-story villa.)

Occupancy Limits - 8 adults, 7 children, 8 total combined

3 Bedroom Villa

Occupancy limits: 6 adults, 2 children or 6 total combined.

Deluxe

Occupancy limits: 3 adults, 2 children or 4 total combined.
