Local Markets - Enclave of Molasses-Blending of own Rum at the Rum Cave Greeted at Rum Cave by Rum Connoisseur who introduces you to 3 distinct Rums at varying ages You then create your own blend of Rum Kept for 6 weeks and aged by the Resort and delivered to guests home with 2 glasses Waterford Crystal sipping glasses as an accompaniment.

Kids Scavenger Hunt Children invited to the Marina to collect message in a bottle, which sets them on their grand Scavenger Hunt culminating in the discovery of their Treasure chest. Grand scavenger Hunt with clues carrying them through the length and breadth of the Resort. Collection of gifts represents various parts of Pirate costume; completion of Hunt will ensure child boasts a full pirate costume including compass, eye Patch, sword, Pirate Hat, Gold coins etc. In the room awaiting Child is a Poster of Framed Capella Nautical Map certificate of completion.

Snorkel and Beach experience Snorkel equipment engraved on arrival in guest rooms Taken to private cove Trou Voullant where you are taught how to Snorkel as well as seeing the corals and colorful fish. Followed by Beach Barbeque and a local Jerk fish fry and bbq with corn on the cob on the Beach at Private cove with Banana Dessert and St. Lucian Smores. In room Jerked spices gift basket along with recipe for Jerked chicken and fish awaits.
Star Grazing under Capella 5 Course dinner on Boardwalk decorated with Tiki Torches and votive candles. Constellation themed dinner with sense of place- Serving curried goat for example which represents the constellation of the Goat Venture out on a Private Yacht to the cusp of the Bay and view the stars with telescope, activity guided by local astronomer. Return to the room where ceramic stars suspended from the ceiling as gift for guests await.
Visit to the Pink Plantation to meet famous St. Lucian Artist Michelle Elliot Here guests have a private clay making session with ceramic artist to design and create family mementos as keeps sake. Two ornaments are created one of which is placed at the apex of our Almond tree placed there by team member. Guests who participate in this Christmas ritual are selected to participate in tree lighting ceremony for Capella tree in the Middle of Marigot Bay.
With Cultural Ambassador and Healer Jared the Natwel Alcindor Jared local Healer and Ambassador collect guests and tour to Soufriere, home of the iconic Pitons. Guests will be escorted through the rainforest, a Rustic off the beaten path journey to the Sulphur Springs at the foot of Soufriere for a detoxing mud bath and hot spring treatment. Massage takes place utilizing indigenous spice and herbs found on tour by therapist waiting amidst the surrounding heavy foliage and fauna.
