-“Sunset Monday” is presented every week from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm and features local Hawaiian entertainers performing music, hula and stories of the Kona area. Light refreshments are served.
-The island entertainment continues every Tuesday from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. with
“Aloha Tuesday” where guests are greeted with a complimentary fresh flower lei, pupus (refreshments local style!), and beverages. The history of hula is told through dance, from ancient to modern times, with full costume changes, storytelling
and song.
-Join us every Thursday at 7:30 pm at the south pool for
“Thursday Movie Night” where we will be showing a movie based on Hawaii for your viewing pleasure.
-“Mahalo Friday” is held weekly, beginning with complimentary lei-making at 9:00 am, followed with a local entertainer and his family who are all well-known performers in Kailua-Kona. Guests will find themselves part of a
Hawaiian orchestra as our kumu demonstrates the various musical implements used in Hawaii’s hula. Our kumu also shares his knowledge of everyday life in Hawaii and provides his personal recommendations on favorite places to visit on the island.
