Universal Terra Luna Resort represents another world in Universal Orlando Resort accommodations. Inspired by the thrill of exploring the unknown and pushing the limits of discovery, it opens March 25, 2025. This resort is much more than your launchpad into amazing adventures at the parks; it’s also your landing zone for relaxation and recharging between the fun. Or anytime during your visit when you just want to relax by the pool or maybe take a quick nap.

Guests of Universal Terra Luna Resort enjoy complimentary transportation to the parks and Universal CityWalk, so you’ll be free to travel back and forth to your resort anytime. You’ll also enjoy Early Park Admission* to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and Universal Volcano Bay up to one hour before the parks open (valid theme park admission required. Select attractions.). You’ll even get complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout Universal Orlando Resort directly to your hotel. And your room key gives you resort-wide charging privileges throughout Universal Orlando Resort.

CHECK-IN: One person in the room must be 21 years of age or older and present a major credit card and photo I.D. upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check-in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.
SMOKING POLICY: Universal Terra Luna is a smoke-free environment and the non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the hotel with the exception of designated outdoor areas ($250 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms).

Guests are not permitted to have any type of explosive, weapon, item that can be used as a weapon or has the appearance of a weapon, illegal items or substances within Universal Orlando Hotels. This includes guest rooms and public areas within all resort hotels.

Check-In And Check-Out Times:

Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am. You may check out by television, phone, customer service e-mail, express check-out box available at the front desk or traditional check-out at the front desk.

Age Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age, and provide proper identification upon check-in and to book a room. There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check-in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.

Overnight Guest Parking:

Self-parking, $18 plus tax per night, per vehicle. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Smoking Policy:

All of our resort hotels are 100% smoke free. Our non-smoking policy applies to all areas of the hotels, with the exception of designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

Complimentary Wireless Internet:

Complimentary* wireless internet access in each guest room and most common areas of the hotel, or upgrade to Premium^ wireless internet for optimal entertainment and business needs.

*Wireless internet access is complimentary for up to 4 devices per room for a 24-hour period from when guests sign up for access.

^Premium wireless internet access is $14.95 for up to 8 devices per room and for a 24-hour period from 1pm - 1pm.

Pet Policy

Pets Not Allowed: This hotel does not allow pets but if you want to bring your furry friend, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel®, Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort all allow pets for a fee of $100 per stay (fee subject to change, other restrictions apply).
